Laura Grundstrom, professional Yoga Instructor for Young Children, makes yoga fun for kids! Learning yoga early helps children develop body awareness, increases concentration, and focus skills, increases self-confidence and fosters a positive self-image. Other benefits include better sleep, management of stress through breathing, awareness of emotions and physical feelings, and helps build a healthy body through movement! Laura visits the older toddler, preschool, and pre-k classrooms every week.
