Dear Friends,

Magic Garden is a warm, welcoming, inclusive community of learners. Founded in 1982 by a group of parents and staff who were early proponents of quality childcare, Magic Garden has played an essential role in the education of young children in Lincoln and neighboring communities for over twenty years.

Accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (view press release), our exceptional program offers children a wide range of diverse and enriching experiences. In our safe, nurturing, and professionally staffed environment, children are encouraged to learn, work, share, and celebrate together. Music, dance, swimming, art, and other special programs complement an emergent curriculum that is revised and expanded throughout the year in response to the changing abilities and interests of the children. Our bright, modern facility, located on the Lincoln School campus, has three separate, developmentally appropriate playgrounds.

As Director since 1996, I am proud to be part of an outstanding community of faculty, administration, and parents who, in collaborative partnership, are deeply committed to developing each child’s unique potential and full range of abilities.
